Present:       Sh.Divyam Panghal, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh.V.K.Chugh Advocate for the opposite party No.1 & 2.

                   Sh. Gaurav Arya, Advocate for opposite party No.3.

 

                   File taken up today on the application of opposite party for recording the statements of the parties. Ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 1 & 2 made a statement that their full & final settlement has been effected with the complainant  for Rs.346500/-(Rupees three lac forty six thousand and five hundred only) and the same will be paid to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receiving the receipt of letter of cancellation of RC.

                    Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both the parties, opposite party No.1 & 2 is directed to pay the alleged amount of Rs.346500/-(Rupees three lac forty six thousand and five hundred only)  to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receiving the receipt of letter of cancellation of RC from the complainant, failing which opposite party No.1 & 2 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a. on the alleged amount from today i.e. 11.07.2023 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Complaint is disposed of accordingly being settled.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
