                        Case taken up at 3.00 P.M. as the  case is fixed for tendering evidence by complainant subject to depositing costs of Rs.200/- in Consumer Legal Aid account but today neither costs deposited  nor complainant appeared despite various calls wherefrom it is presumed that complainant is  not interested to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint stands dismissed in default.  Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
