            Record is put up today by filing petition on behalf of o.ps. no. 1 and 2 praying for dispose of the case on the ground stated therein.

The petition is supported by an account payee cheque in favour of Asim Kr. Panja for Rs. 26,494/-.

 

            Seen.  Heard the ld. Advocate on behalf of the o.ps. no. 1 and 2 , National Insurance Company Ltd., has submitted before us that the case ( HDF Case no. 22 of 2010 ) has already been disposed of by an award on 02-08-2010 and in compliance of the said award a cheque being no. 190591 dated 22-09-2010 amounting to Rs. 26,494/- in favour of Asim Kr. Panja issued by National Insurance Company Ltd. has been deposited being full and final satisfaction of the award. He further submits that he has not received the show cause in reference to the execution case already initiated by decree holder and for the sake of disposal of the matter he appears today with the aforesaid cheque today.

            Perused the same.

            Considered.

            Let the cheque be kept on record when the decree holder appears on the next date i.e., on 21-10-2010. Meanwhile stop issue of showing cause.

            To date for order.

 

            Supply the copy of order to the National Insurance Company Ltd., free of costs, for favour of his future reference.
