The original case 85/s/2013 was filed on 2.7.20013.On 25,5.2014 the cae was dismissed for default as complainant was found absent. For restoration again complainant filed the petition under rules known to complainant.. there is no provision to considers the prayer of complainant fo restoration of case by setting aside town order,AS argued by petitioner complainant.
