2.       National Insurance Company Limited through its Managing Director, Head Office, 3, Middleton Street, Prafulla Chandra Sen Sarani, Kolkata, West Bengal-700071.

COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Complainant in person.

 

                     Today the case is fixed for consideration on its admissibility. At this stage, the Complainant by making a separate statement stated that due to some technical reasons, he seeks permission to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh, in the interest of justice.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
