Record is put up today on the strength of letter dt. 04.01.2022 filed by J.Dr and memo filed by the D.Hr. Perused the case record and relevant documents. In this case J.Dr. deposited a sum of Rs. 2,74,000/- in shape of cheque vide No. 984028 dt. 18.02.2022 in favour of D.Hr (SARBADESWAR TOWARI) as per FA No. 367 of 2006. Heard the matter from D.Hr. The D.Hr is directed to produce the Adhar Card and Pan Card with his inderty by Advocate and received the cheque with full and final satisfaction amount and he does not want to proceed further in this case. In view of memo filed by D.Hr this case is closed accordingly.
