The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 68,259/-  as full and final settlement to be paid to the complainant out of which OP has already made a payment of Rs. 40,400/- and also undertakes to make a payment of balance amount of Rs. 28,259/- within 30 days. Therefore the matter is disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
