None has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls whereas learned counsel Sh. Sudhanshu Dwivedi for respondent has appeared.

A perusal of the order sheet has revealed that the appellant is not appearing before the Commission since a long time.

Hence, on account of absent of the appellant the appeal is hereby dismissed.  No order as to costs of the appeal.
