Present:          Sh.Somvir Kundu, Advocate for the complainant.

                        Sh. O.P.Punia, Advocate for the opposite party.

                        File put up before National Lok Adalat.  Ld. Counsel for the opposite party  made a statement that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant for Rs.898500/-(Rupees eight lac ninety eight thousand five hundred only) and they will make the payment within 45 days to the complainant  whereas the complainant has to submit the subrogation  letter, indemnity bond & Form No.29 & 30 with the company.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed of/settled with direction to the complainant to submit the subrogation  letter, indemnity bond & Form No.29 & 30 with the company within 10 days and thereafter, opposite party is directed to pay the alleged amount of Rs.898500/-(Rupees eight lac ninety eight thousand five hundred only)  to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite party shall be liable pay interest @ 9% p.a.on the alleged amount from today i.e. 13.05.2023 till its realization. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
