ORDER

                        The ld. Counsel for the JD/OP has given a statement that the amount of Rs.81,103/- was paid to the DH/complainant vide cheque dated 7.12.2010. An amount of Rs.96,459/- was deposited on 11.2.2010 and Rs.5,967/- on 22.2.2010 with this Forum and Rs.25,000/- was deposited in the Hon’ble State Commission at the time of filing the appeal.  He further stated that he has no objection if the total amount of Rs.1,02,426/- which is lying deposited with this Forum, and the amount of Rs.25,000/- lying with the Hon’ble Commission is released to the complainant. 

                        The DH/complainant has also given the statement that  he has read the statement and accept the same and that he would receive the amount of Rs.1,02,426/- from this Forum and Rs.25,000/- from the Hon’ble State Commission and prayed for withdrawal of the execution being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the statements given by both parties, the amount of Rs.1,02,426/- deposited with this Forum be released to the complainant and the complainant is at liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- from the Hon’ble State Commission, UT, Chandigarh.  After compliance the execution application be consigned to record room as fully satisfied.

                        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
