On perusal of records, it is found that on dt. 24-11-2022, Complainant was present and prayed for time to file evidence affidavit and time was granted to the Complainant to file evidence of affidavit and matter was adjourned to 09-12-2022. Thereafter, Complainant was absent on 09-12-2022, 06-01-2023, 20-01-2023, 10-02-2023 and 28-02-2023. However, in the interest of justice, a fresh notice was issued to the Complainant on 21-03-2023 intimating the next date of hearing. In-spite of notice the Complainant was absent on 10-04-2023. On 10-04-2023 again last chance was given to both the Parties for hearing of the case fixing the case to 25-04-2023.
To-day on repeated calls, neither the Complainant nor his Counsel is present before this Commission.
Hence, the Complaint petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
