Complaint presented today. Office report perused but counsel appearing on behalf of complainant tendered a statement before the Commission that there is a technical defect in the complaint and he wants to withdraw the same with permission to file a fresh on same cause of action after rectifying the defects in the present complaint and requested for granting permission in this regard and filing the present complaint.

                   In view of the statement so tendered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, permission to file a fresh complaint on same cause of action after rectifying the defects in the present complaint is granted. Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant as per rules. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
