          This Execution Application  is filed by the Petitioner/Decree Holder  under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act,  praying for penalizing the Respondent/Judgement Debtor for non compliance of the order in C.C.No.131/2004 dated 06.10.2006 passed by this Forum.

     In view of Endorsement made by the Complainant/ Decree Holder the Execution Application is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
