                        The case is at preliminary stage. The learned counsel for complainant has appeared and made statement that she may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh. She has also requested for return of documents. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainant to file afresh, as permitted by law. The documents be returned to the complainant by retaining one set of the same.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
