ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Ajay Kumar, Counsel for Complainant has stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent commission at SAS Nagar Mohali, Punjab. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
