No  reply filed by complainant since  3/7/2018  till today on the application of dismissal of complaint filed by OP,Hence order passed below Ex.1.The complainant failed to file say on the application for dismissal of cases as already the payment of insurance  claim has been disbursed to the complainant on 4/4/18 through IDBI bank amount of Rs  2,00,029/-  in favour of complainant as per application statement filed,hence case is dismissed with cost of Rs 5000/- to be paid by complainant to insurance  co. OP no.1 within 30 days for vexatious case filed.Complaint dismissed with cost of  Rs. 5,000/-
