Order date: 28 .11.2024.

Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Complainant  himself is present and files a petition stating that Cause Title is not notarized and documents become voluminous .

So, the complainant prayed for withdrawal of the present case and also praying for a direction to give liberty to file the complaint petition  afresh.

As per withdrawal prayer of the complainant the case is dispose of.

Hence it is,

 ordered

that the present Consumer Complaint being no.  189/2024 be  and the same is dispose of.  Complainant is  at liberty to file the case afresh.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
