Order No. 10, Dated: 14.03.2015

The record is placed before this Lok Adalat as per order No.11 dated 12.3.2015.  On call both the parties are found present.   Being asked both the parties have admitted that the dispute has been settled out of court.  The complainant has submitted before this Adalat stating that he does not want to proceed with this case further and to dispose of the case on compromise.  In this connection the complainant himself has filed a petition.  Let the same be kept with the record.

            As both the parties have prayed to dispose of the case on compromise, there is no bar to dispose of the case.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

the complaint case No.163/2014 is disposed of on compromise without any cost.  Let copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost and the case record be returned to the Forum from which it was received.
