Today is fixed for argument.  The Ld. Counsel for the complainant has filed one petition signed by the complainant himself stating that as the dispute has been settled amicably out of court, hence, he is not willing to proceed with this case further and prays for dispose of this complaint.

 We have perused the petition filed by the complainant himself through his Ld. Advocate.  In our view as the dispute has been settled out of court, there is no bar to dispose of the complaint due to non-prosecution.  Hence, it is

that the C.C. No.89/2016 is hereby dismissed.
