15.03.2021                Thecase record is put up on the strength of put up petition filed by both the parties. The case is fixed on dtd.06.04.2021 for further order. The Complainant/D.Hr and O.P./J.Dr are present individually through their respective counsels and files joint compromise petition which was duly accepted.  Both the parties have prayed that the matter has been settled outside the Commission amicably. Both the D.hr and J.Dr have prayed that they do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    In view of joint compromise petition the Complainant/D.hr do not want to proceed with the case further the present execution case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
