The case record is received from D.C.D.R.F., Burdwan. On call both the parties are present by filing haziras. From the side of the complainant photocopy of the bank statement has been submitted. Let the same be kept with the record. The Ld. Advocate for the complainant and the complainant himself both have moved the petition dated 6.4.2016. The petition is taken up for hearing. By filing this petition the complainant has stated that the dispute involved in this case has been settled out of this Forum and in said settlement the amount of compensation was fixed at Rs.36,400/- and the said amount has already been paid by the O.P. to the complainant through NEFT. The photocopy of the pass book of the complainant shows that the said amount of Rs.36,400/- has already been credited to the account of the complainant. Hence, it is

that the complaint case being No.146/2015 is dismissed on compromise.
