                        The complainant has made statement he has received Rs.1,09,000/- from the Hon’ble State Commisison, Chandigarh which was lying deposited therein towards 50% of the awarded amount and hence he withdraws present execution application. Accordingly, the present execution application as well as misc. application No.121 of 2010 is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
