ORDER

order dated 25/09/2001 OP 1 insurance company is liable to pay to the complainant a sum of Rs.2,20,000/- along with interest at 12% p.a. from 14/7/2000 till the date of payment. Out of the insurance amount of Rs.2,20,000/- and interest OP No.1 is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,42,000/- to OP no.2 and the balance shall be paid to the complainant. The aforesaid amount shall be paid by the OP No.1 as directed within 30 days from the date of copy of receipt of this order with costs of Rs.1,000/- Vehicle shall be restored to OP No.1 if traced. sd/- M.
