                Today the case is fixed for appearance of complainant. Notice was issued to the complainant but none has come forward. Waited sufficiently. It is already 3.30 PM. No further wait seems to be justified. On the previous five dates also, none has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. From perusal of order sheet, it is clear that the case was fixed for evidence of complainant on 31.01.2022 but the evidence of the complainant not present till today. Despite availing 5 opportunities by the complainant, which means that the complainant is not interested to proceed the present case further thus, present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. Copy of the order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record-room after do compliance.
