Present:       Sh.Balram Gehlawat Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh. D.S.Chauhan, Advocate for opposite party.

                   File put up today before Lok Adalat. Ld. counsel for the opposite party made a statement that full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.51000/-(Rupees fifty one thousand only). The complainant will have to submit the indemnity bond, cancellation of RC, subrogation letter and transfer forms alongwith copy of NOC with the company. The alleged payment will be made to the complainant within one month from the date of submission of  alleged documents by the complainant.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has read over the alleged statement and agrees with the same. In view of the above statement, he has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint stands disposed of being settled, with direction to the opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.51000/-(Rupees fifty one thousand only) to the complainant within 30 days from the date of submission of alleged documents with the company, failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a. on the alleged amount from today i.e. 26.11.2022 till its realization to the complainant.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
