The Execution Application is at preliminary stage pending for verification.  Perused the record & provision u/s 24 fo CPA 1986.  Since on Revision Petition bearing No. 727 of 2018 is pending before Hon’ble National Commission for final hearing as per order dated 17/12/2019.  Hence the order under EA to be executed is not obtained finality.  Hence the EA is Disposed off at preliminary stage with liberty to file fresh in accordance to law.
