Complaint is yet to be admitted. As may be seen from the averments made in the complaint, case of the complainant mainly is that premium rate of 2.8204% on 7 days time and 2.4678% on 14 days time approved by the TAC and conveyed to the insurer vide letter dated 20.7.2006, is illegal. After arguing for some time, Shri Gupta states that he may be allowed to withdraw the complaint with liberty reserved to the - 2- complainant to seek redressal of the above grievance in accordance with law. Complaint is disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty prayed for is granted.
