The Advocate for D.H. Shri. Amar Talreja is present. The order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in Appeal No.1248/09 is under challenge before the Hon’ble National Commission in R.P. No.3786/2011 copy of which is on record. The Hon’ble National Commission stayed the order regarding payment of Rs.1,43,393/- vide order dtd.03/01/2012.  The execution proceeding is therefore, not required to be kept pending and the Complainant can and has right again to file execution proceeding after the decision of Hon’ble National Commission, this execution proceeding is disposed off.
