Hence,

Ordered

that the complaint be and the same is allowed on contest with a cost of Rs.10,000/-.

O.P. insurance companay is hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,21,270/- as compensation againt insurance claim of the complainant as finally settled, within one month from the date of this order, failing which, penal interest @ Rs.300/- per day shall be paid to the complainant till full satisfaction of the decree.

If O.P. is found reluctant to comply the order of this Forum in this case, O.P. shall have to pay punitive damages @ Rs.250/- per day till full implementaiton of the decree and even penal proceedings shall be started against the O.P. for which O.P. shall be responsible.
