             An application filed by the Op. with the prayer for given permission to the deposit cheque no. 149169 dated 14/05/2015 of Rs. 90,000/- only in favour of Sanjay Sahoo the D.Hr.

            Seen the Order/ Judgement dated 27/02/2015. Let the cheque be accepted.

            The Complainant/ D.Hr. prays for getting the payment of the aforsaid cheque.

            Hd. and considered. The prayer for delivery of cheque in his favour.

           The petition is allowed. The D. Hr. is entitled to get the cheque on proper identification.
