Mr. Ashutosh Anand appears for the complainant, Mr. Alok Lal appears for O.P-1 – National Insurance Co. Ltd. and Mr. Praveen Jaiswal appears for O.P-2 – Magma Fincorp. Ltd.

Pursuant to the order dated 21.05.2015 a cheque of Rs. 16 lakh in favour of O.P-2 and a cheque of Rs. 4,83,844/- in favour of the complainant – Rakesh Kumar Gupta is being handed over on behalf of O.P-1 – National Insurance Co. Ltd.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the parties have no further claim against each other.

Accordingly, this complaint case stands disposed off on settlement in this Lok Adalat.
