Ld. Advocate for the opposite party is also present.

The Misc. Application dated 14/12/2022 is taken up for hearing.

Perused. Considered the Misc. Application.

Heard both side.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party raised strong objection against the prayer in the Misc. Application.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant that the complainant submits that has annexed some documents along with its affidavit in reply to the questionnaire of the opposite party as such the complainant prays for relying upon those documents which were annexed with its reply on affidafit.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party submits that under no provision of law complainant can file documents while giving answers to the questionnaire of the opposite party.

We find substance in the submission of the Ld. Advocate of the opposite party.

A witness cannot submit any document during his/her reply on cross examination.

Therefore, the prayer of the complainant stands rejected.

However, the complainant is at liberty to rely upon the documents by proving the same as per law.

Thus the Misc. Application stands rejected and disposed of.
