Today is fixed for passing order. In this case the complainant himself file one petition for withdrawal of the case.

The O.P does not turn up.

 We find that when the complainant himself he is willing to withdrawal the case there is no need to further proceeding of this case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the prayer of the complainant is allowed.

Hence, It is;

                                                                Ordered

     that the instant case be and the same is dropped and filed on withdrawal. No costs.
