This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking enhancement of the damage caused to the vehicle which met with an accident.  District Forum had partly allowed the complaint and directed the respondent to pay Rs.52,121/- along with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from 6.5.2004 till realization and Rs.500/- towards cost within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner had incurred a sum of Rs.1,08,186/- for getting the vehicle repaired.  Insurance company accepted the order of the District Forum and did not file any appeal.  Petitioner filed an appeal before the State Commission seeking enhancement. State Commission has dismissed the appeal and upheld the order of the District Forum.

Learned counsel for the petitioner had not appeared in the last three proceedings and ultimately notice sent to the respondent has been duly served.  No one appears for the petitioner.  Dismissed for non-prosecution.
