On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that last appearance was entered into by the complainant on 03.03.2020. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as she has failed to press her own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
