None present for the Petitioner even thought the matter was called twice in the morning session. Notice was sent by registered A.D. to the Petitioner on 3.11.2009 to remove defects in the petition. In the said notice the Petitioner was also informed that the matter shall be listed on admission hearing on 6.1.2010. The registered notice has not been received back and it is presumed that the same has been served on the Petitioner. Today no one appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. In view of the above, the revision is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution with no order as to costs.
