                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.30 p.m.  Case called again but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  From the perusal of the order sheet it is relvealed that nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant since 06.01.2016.

                    We proceed to dispose of this case on the basis of the material available on the file.  Arguments of the counsel for the Ops heard.  During the course of arguments, counsel for the OPs agreed to pay Rs. 27623/- to the complainant against his claim.  His statement recorded separately.  In view of the statement, the complaint of the complainant is partly allowed and the Ops are directd to pay Rs. 27623/- to the complainant.  The complainant is directed to furnish the required documents viz letter of subrogation, indemnity board, G.P.A. to the Ops within 30 days from the date of passing of this order.  Thereafter, the Ops shall be liable to pay the award amount to the complainant within 45 days, failing which the Ops shall be liable to pay the interest @ 8 per cent per annum.  File be consigned to the record room.
