                                                            ORDER

                        The complaint of the complainant was dismissed by this Forum and subsequently the appeal filed by the complainant was accepted by the Hon’ble State Commission. The OP preferred revision petition No.2925 of 2008 before the Hon’ble National Commission and stay was granted to OP subject to deposit of deposit of 50% of the awarded amount vide order dated 9.9.2008 and it was directed that the amount deposited be disbursed to the complainant on furnishing security bond. The OP deposited Rs.1,55,450/- with this Forum.

                        The complainant through the present application has furnished personal security bond to the extent of Rs.1,55,450/- by mortgaging the property Land measuring 154 sq.yd., MCK No.230/6, Siwan Road, Kaithal. The amount of Rs.1,55,450/- deposited by OP be released to the complainant by way of cheque and the directions be issued to Sub Registrar/Tehsildar, Kaithal, not to register sale of Land measuring 154 sq.yd., MCK No.230/6, Siwan Road, Kaithal, to anybody else without the orders of this Forum.

                        Copy of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties as well as Sub Registrar/Tehsildar, Kaithal (Haryana). After compliance, the file be consigned.
