Jdr has already filed a cheque bearing no.162030 dated 02.08.2024 for Rs.2,29,262/- (Rupees two lakh twenty nine thousand two hundred sixty two) only drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Rashbehari Avenue, Kolkata. The said cheque is handed over to the complainant Prosenjit Ghosh after verifying the name of the complainant and his identity on the basis of the original Aadhar Card and Pan Card, duly identified by his Ld. Advocate Prodip Banerjee.
Accordingly the case is disposed of before the National Lok Adalat for Rs.2,29,262/-.
