Angrejo                 Vs. National Insurance Co.

                    Today the case was fixed for compromise if any  before National Lok Adalat.

                    Shri  Anuj Gupta, counsel for opposite party has made a statement that “I, on behalf of opposite party No.1 National Insurance Company Limited offer a sum of Rs.3,98,000/- on non standard basis (25% of IDV value), subject to furnishing form 29, 30, 35 and transfer of RC in the name of National Insurance Co. Ltd., letter of indemnity subrogation, NOC from financer, National Company will pay the said amount to the complainant within 30 days of receiving the above documents.

                    Complainant Angrejo  W/o Shri Vijay Singh r/o House No. 150, Gali No. 14A, Swatantra Nagar, Bakner, North West Delhi at present r/o Gillage & Post Kheri Kalan, Tehsil and District Faridabad has made a statement that I have heard the statement of counsel for opposite party and ready to settle the matter for Rs.3,98,000/- in full and final settlement towards my claim, subject to furnishing form 29, 30, 35 and transfer of RC in the name of National Insurance Co. Ltd. Letter of indemnity subrogation, NOC form financer.  Order may be passed accordingly.

                   On the basis of the statement of  the complainant, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off  with the direction to opposite party to pay an amount of Rs. 3,98,000/-  as full and final settlement, subject to furnishing form 29, 30, 35 and transfer of RC in the name of National Insurance Co. Ltd., letter of indemnity , subrogation, NOC from finance within 30 days from the date of  this order.  File be consigned to the record room.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room.
