O R D E R

i.                   Complaint No.243/2011 is partly allowed against the Opposite Party.

ii.                The Opposite Party is directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lac Only) together with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of rejection of claim i.e. from 14/06/2009 till it’s realization to the Complainant.

iii.              The Opposite Party is also directed to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand Only) towards this proceeding to the Complainant.

iv.              The Opposite Party shall comply with the aforesaid order within one month from the date of service of this order. 

v.                 Certified copies of this order be furnished to the parties.
