On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that matter is at the stage of filing of writen arguments on behalf of Complainant and various opportunities were granted to Complainant to file the same and for final arguments. Since 2020 till date Complainant neither appeared nor argued. In fact last appearance by the complainant was entered into on 16.12.2019. It seems Complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Quorum cannot inclines to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
