ORDER

     The present miscellaneous application has been filed by applicant/complainant for correction of his name in head note of complaint as well as in award dated 01.12.2023 passed in CC/765/2022. Counsel for non-applicant/OP has made no objection in case the application for correction of name of complainant be allowed.

     We have also perused the record as well as copy of Adhaar Card Annexure C-1, copy of insurance policy Annexure C-2, copy of certificate of registration Annexure C-3, which clearly indicates that in fact the name of complainant is ‘Gagan Chatri’ and inadvertently the same was typed by the complainant by filing the complaint before this Commission as ‘Gagan Chhetri’ and the application in hand deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the same is allowed. It is ordered that the name of ‘Gagan Chhetri’ as reflected in the main order dated 01.12.2023 be read as ‘Gagan Chatri’. Necessary correction be also made in the main order dated 01.12.2023 passed in CC/765/2022. The application stands disposed of accordingly and it be tagged with the main file.

     Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of charge.
