            Today matter is listed for arguments on admission during the arguments it reveal that this matter pertains to education in our considered opinion present complaint is not maintainable in view of the law settled by Hon’ble Supreme Court in landmark judgment of Manu Solanki Vs Vinayak Mission University and the latest judgement being Principal LDRP Institute of Technology and Research Vs. Apoorva Sharma decided on 11.10.2022. Hence the complaint is dismissed being not maintainable before this Commission. Complainant is at liberty to file the same before appropriate Court.
