ORDER

PER JUSTICE J. M. MALIK, PRESIDING MEMBER The Counsel for the Petitioner is present. The Counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the case in view of the Supreme Court Authority in Maharishi Dayanand University Vs. Surjeet kaur (2010) 11 SCC 159. However, the case is dismissed as withdrawn but liberty is granted to approach the proper Court or Forum to redress her grievances of the Petitioner. As per law she can also seek help for limitation laid down in Laxmi Engineering Works vs. P.S.G. Industrial Institute (1995) 3 SCC 583.
