OP is ready to pay a sum of Rs.7000/- in full and final settlements of the claim pertaining to this matter and complaint.  Ld. Counsel for OP submits that the OP would making the payment within 30 days of the date of receiving of this order, which may be given in the form of DD.  Keeping in view the facts as explained matter is disposed off as settled and OP is directed to pay Rs.7000/-in full and final settlement of all claim pertaining to this matter. 

Copy of this order be given Dasti to both the parties.
