ORDER

This judgement and order is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is partly allowed. Opposite party No.1 is directed to consider the claim of the complainant, that is, account No.267 as if she had deposit of Rs.6,510/- as on August 1994, unless there is some other materials to show that claim is false, without insisting for any other documents like, receipts, statements and verification certificate. 3.Opposite party No.1 shall settle claim along with all other claims as per the direction issued by company law court from time to time inclusive of interest if any. 4.Parties to bear their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under certificate of posting and to opposite party No.1 by RPAD.
