OP has been proceeded exparte vide order dated 23.09.15. Thereafter Complainant was afforded an opportunity to file exparte evidence on 21.12.15. On 21.12.15, the Complainant sought adjournment for filing exparte evidence by 04.03.16. On 04.03.16, none appeared on behalf of the Complainant. Again on 12.05.16 the Complainant did not appear. We cannot proceed further in absence of evidence of the Complainant. Having afforded three opportunities to the Complainant for filing exparte evidence on 21.12.15, 04.03.16 and 12.05.16, the Complainant has failed to avail the opportunities. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed in default/for non-prosecution. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Complainant through speed post. Thereafter, file be consigned to record room.
