                             Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                     Shri Rohit Kumar Sales Officer of opposite party no.2.

                    

ORDER:

                    Shri Rohit Kumar Sales Officer appeared on behalf of opposite party no.2 and made statement that the opposite parties are ready to replace the one mattress  with new one within one week.

                   Thereafter, complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of opposite party no.2, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint provided the mattress of same size and same company is given. Statements of both the parties recorded separately.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
