Order

Case record is put up today for order. A petition has been filed by the complainant Smt. Upma Roy stating there in that O.P has replaced her refrigerator from new one and her grievance has been redressed. So case be disposed of.

On perusal of the case record we find that such type of petition has also been filed on behalf of O.P national electronics Chaibasa, which has been kept on record.

                Since complainant has settled has settled her dispute with O.P amicably so we do not intend to proceed with the case any longer. In the result instant case stands disposed of as settled. Office to keep the record in record room.
